Terms and Conditions

Mill Stream Cottage is available for weekly lets with changeover days on Friday and Monday. Short breaks are also available for three nights (Fri-Mon) or four nights (Mon-Fri).

Mill Stream Cottage is available from 3.00 p.m. on the date of arrival to 10.00 a.m. on the date of departure.

We can reserve a booking for five days and we will only confirm a booking when a £100 deposit has been received. The balance will be due 6 weeks prior to arrival or in full if the booking is made within four weeks of arrival date.

If you do not pay the balance when it is due, we may have to cancel the booking. Cancelled bookings loose their deposits only when cancelled within one month of arrival. Balances on cancelled bookings within one month of arrival are repaid subject to re-letting the cottage.

If paying by Pay Pal this will levy a 3% charge.

Because of the high quality of furnishings and fittings, we charge a £100 returnable good housekeeping/breakage deposit.

We reserve the right to refuse any bookings or cancel any bookings already made subject to refunding any sums you have paid without further liability on our behalf.

No smoking inside the property, or on the deck. Sorry no pets.

Children of 8 and over are welcome at Mill Stream Cottage. Babes in arms are welcome, and a cot and high chair can be made available on request, but the stairs and the close proximity of the river make this unsuitable for toddlers, so we are unable to accept infants of twelve months and over or earlier walkers which ever is applicable.
